About Me
I started sewing in middle school Home Economics class. This inspired a joy for clothing construction, alterations, and later propelled me to graduated college with a Bachelors in Home Economics. Sewing was a hobby until several years ago when I gave up teaching to pursue bridal sewing and alterations full time.
Paying close attention to each detail and focusing on the perfect fit is key to success.
Do you need your dress shortened? Need sleeves added or removed? Want to add tulle/lace/buttons on back? Are you interested in re-designing a sentimental vintage dress with a modern flare? Or you may only need it taken in or let out? Whatever you need to make your dress perfect, I can do it. I’ll help you feel comfortable, confident and look forward to serving you.
I have four wonderful adult daughters, two sons-in-love, and a handful of grandchildren that keep me smiling. When not sewing, I love exploring the Great Pacific Northwest with my husband!
